Indonesian Independence Day Celebration

On Friday, August 18^th, 2017 SLK celebrated the 72^nd Indonesian Independence Day with a huge of excitement. The students, teachers and some parents came in the morning to have a flag raising ceremony. The fun of the day continued with some exciting games, which are Semangka (Semangat Kaka), Lari Kelereng, Balap Karung, Tarik Tambang, Menyebrangi Sungai, dan Balon Cinta. Through these games, the students learnt to work together within their team. There were 4 colored teams that includes all the students from Grade 1 to Grade 12. We also had traditional foods boodle fight during lunch time that was supported by parents. It was really a fun day for everyone! Bali International School
