Sekolah Lentera Kasih Bali as an SPK school also uses National Curriculum, developed by teachers of Sekolah Lentera Kasih Bali, based on Standards: Content (Standar Isi), Graduate Competence (Standar Kompetensi Lulusan), Process (Standar Proses), and Assessment (Standar Penilaian Pendidikan) .These are based on the curriculum guide set by the Board of National Education Standards (Badan Standar Nasional Pendidikan), and by taking into account local conditions, the potential of the school, and the needs of learners. Sekolah Lentera Kasih’s curriculum development is preceded by analysing the content, then through the stages of drafting, revision and review, and finalisation. This curriculum used as the guideline for teachers, staff, students, Yayasan Bali Lentera Kasih Permata Hati, and the School Committee in organising the teaching- learning activities.

With the implementation of the National Curriculum, all students of SekolahLenteraKasih attending the program are obliged to follow the Coordinated School Examination (Ujian Sekolah Terkoordinasi) at the end of sixth grade, the National Examination (Ujian Nasional) at the end of ninth grade and National Final Examination (Ujian Akhir Nasional) at the end of grade 12.
