ADMISSION PROCEDURE

• Completed Pre-Registration Form. Admission & Health Form. School Policies & Regulations Form
• Entrance Test Fee: Rp 300.000/per student
• 6 (six) recent photographs. size 3 x 4 cm with red background and student must wear white shirt
• 1 (one) copy of the student’s Report Card from previous level of education (latest three school years)
• 1 (one) copy of the student’s birth certificate and the original for verification

FOR INDONESIAN STUDENTS:

• 1 (one) copy of parent’s /guardian’s Identification Card and the original for verification
• 1 (one) copy of Family Card and the original for verification (Kartu Keluarga)

FOR EXPATRIATE STUDENTS:

• 1 (one) copy of parent’s & student’s current passport and the original for verification
• 1 (one) copy of parent’s & student’s KITAS and the original for verification
